We begin The Concept of Law today, and will concentrate on the "Persistent Questions" chapter, Chapter One. Our goal will be to understand Hart's explanation of the persistent questions — he develops three — and to understand his explanation of their persistence.
For Wednesday, read Chapter Two carefully. Read it twice; it is short but crucial.
I will finish grading SP1 today or tomorrow and OMP2.
