OMP4: To be done Friday in class
Beginning on p. 6 of LE, Dworkin describes The Plain-Fact View of law. What is TP-FV? Explain in detail. Why does it make problematic the very idea of theoretical disagreement about the law? In light of TP-FV, do you think that there are theoretical disagreements about law or is that only an illusion?
