Carefully explain the three questions A answers in these sections, consulting the objections to make the questions clearer.  Then, provide a unified presentation of his answer to all three questions, showing how the three answers interrelate.  Finally, consider an objection to A -- either one of your own or one he considers but that you think is unclear or inconclusive or wrong.  State the objection clearly, exactly identifying the argument with which you are disagreeing and explaining how and why you disagree.  What would A say in response?  Do you finally side with the objection or with A?
